■ Typical floor coverings
   ceramic tiles, marble, terazzo tiles, concrete, artificial resin, wood and all hard floor coverings

   only in accessible pedestrian areas (including shopping trolleys, sack trucks, etc.)

■ Options
   Each flap is offered with visible aluminium or brass connection profiles and appropriate
   lifting devices or high impact resistance colouredge PVC connecting profiles with aluminium
   lifting devices. Double sealing.

■ Tender specification
   Recessed bottom flaps and frames produced by Howe Green Ltd Series 5000,
   fixed aluminium junction profile on the top edge and mechanically grouted corners, floor
   plate with stainless steel reinforcements, with double sealing at fastening bolts
   with hexagon socket. The flaps are sent with combined lifting/security keys.
   All this is produced by Howe Green Ltd, Marsh Lane, Ware, SG12 9QQ, Hertfordshire,
   Great Britain and installed according to manufacturer's specifications and site manager's
   guidelines.

   Total frame size = clearance + 120mm,
   e.g. 600x600mm clearance dimension = 720x720mm total frame size

■ Weight
   A flap from the series 5000 weighs approx. 90 kg/m² with concrete filling.
